Trainer / Trainer Health Specialist on the Interdisciplinary Private Ward 1
If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:
- Professional support as well as targeted promotion and development of FaGe apprentices, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the learning process
- Together with the apprentices, ensure competent and holistic care and support of our patients and create diverse learning opportunities in everyday work, mainly in the early shift
- Actively participate in the ward management team in the further development of training and contribute education-relevant topics
- Further develop training on the ward together with the vocational training team and strengthen the nursing team in supporting the FaGe apprentices
- Continuously develop your own vocational pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking and active participation in the training network
Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Zollikerberg Hospital. Under one roof, we unite the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Nephrology with Dialysis Centre, the Emergency Department, the Eye Centre, the Medical Outpatient Clinic, the Day Clinic as well as other specialised areas. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2,500 inpatients annually, the Clinic for Surgery over 1,500 inpatients. With more than 6,000 emergency consultations and over 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we offer a versatile and demanding medical working environment.

This is how you convince us:
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ as well as further training in vocational education (SVEB) or willingness to complete this
- At least one year of professional experience, preferably in an acute hospital
- Enjoyment in supporting, inspiring and specifically promoting apprentices in their professional development
- Commitment, resilience and willingness to continuously develop and actively shape changes
- Enjoyment of appreciative interprofessional collaboration
