Tasks
- Train and supervise CFC micromechanics apprentices collaboratively.
- Introduce and manage production mechanic apprentices' training.
- Ensure safety and personalized support for each apprentice.

Tasks
- Train and supervise micromechanics apprentices with a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) in collaboration
with our Mechanical Manager
- Introduction of the training for production mechanic apprentices with CFC, train and supervise them
- Comprehensive management of training plans for all apprentices during their course (ultimately, 3 to 4 apprentices)
- Be responsible for safety related to apprentices
- Provide personalized follow-up for each apprentice and implement appropriate support to promote
their success
- Organize discovery internships, trades, and other events related to youth (future in all kinds)
- Active participation in the apprentice recruitment process (forum, speed dating, selection test)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of professional training within the company
