Department:DSJSEntity:Building Service (SBAT)Activities:Responsible for a small team, you organise, supervise and participate in routine and periodic cleaning of premises, maintenance of green spaces, monitoring of technical installations as well as cleaning of the car park. You identify and implement the necessary measures regarding energy savings. Furthermore, you manage stocks of equipment, devices, machines and operational products, while ensuring the associated documentation is kept up to date. You ensure compliance with and application of health and safety regulations at work (HSW). Finally, you organise, provide and supervise housekeeping services.Desired profile:Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or housekeeping manager, you have ideally supplemented your training with skills in facility management (FM) as well as health and safety at work. You have several years of experience in a role related to FM and/or within an operations or housekeeping service. Organised, customer-oriented and possessing good interpersonal skills, you are able to analyse situations and propose appropriate solutions. You have strong team management skills, effectively supervise external service providers and master the issues related to consumption and savings of energy and water as well as responsible waste management. Comfortable with IT tools, you also have a good level of French, both spoken and written (B2).
