Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for complex shutter construction projects from planning to handover in the Zurich region
- Planning and ensuring timely customer communication with architects, general contractors, and clients
- Developing innovative, technical detailed solutions in construction
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- Budget and resource planning as well as control
- Ensuring compliance with quality and time requirements
- Customer and supplier management

What you bring
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 5-10 years) as a project manager in the shutter, construction, or similar industry
- Completed vocational training (e.g., shutter installer EFZ, facade builder EFZ (building envelope field), draftsman EFZ (architecture specialization)) or comparable technical training with further education in project management
- Extensive expertise in shutter technology, materials, and installation is mandatory
- Experience in interdisciplinary leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Confident handling of relevant software (Microsoft suite)
