Task
In M&A, we advise our national and international clients from various industries on the purchase or sale of companies. Apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice and gain an exciting insight into the daily work of our M&A consultants.
How you advance KPMG
- Participate in transactions in the M&A area for medium-sized companies in Switzerland
- Assist in analyzing and preparing market and company information
- Support the M&A team in creating valuation and financial models
- Prepare client meetings and create presentations and process documentation
- Support our project managers in their daily tasks
Why you are successful
- You are studying business administration at least in the 5th semester of your bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
- You ideally already have practical experience in financial accounting, M&A, or consulting
- You have a high willingness to learn and perform
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Your strong analytical skills distinguish you
