What to expect
- Conceptualisation, planning and implementation of social media measures in the beauty & lifestyle sector for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
- Co-development and further development of the cross-channel content strategy as well as content pillars and innovative format concepts
- Independent creation of text, image, graphic and video content – from idea through production and post-production to publication
- Responsibility for the entire content lifecycle: editorial planning, content production, publication and optimisation
- Monitoring current social media trends, market and target group developments as well as their creative and strategic implementation
- Analysis of relevant performance metrics and derivation of optimisation measures for content and campaigns
- Close collaboration with internal marketing teams, influencers, creators, agencies and other external partners
- Leadership and coordination of own projects and campaigns in the beauty & lifestyle sector
- Active shaping of an inspiring and modern brand presence on all relevant social media channels
What you bring
- Completed training or degree in media, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in social media management or content creation
- Experience in developing and implementing channel- and target group-specific content strategies
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign
- Experience in video production, content creation and post-production for social media platforms
- Confident handling of social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics or comparable tools)
- Understanding of performance metrics such as reach, engagement and retention rate and their use for content optimisation
- Experience in dealing with influencers, creators and community management is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French or English skills are a plus
- You are passionate about beauty, lifestyle and social media and convince with creativity, trend awareness, strategic thinking as well as an independent and communicative working style
