Tasks
- Individually caring for and supporting our clients in the living and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying daily personal hygiene
- Supporting the implementation of agogic processes
- Co-creating a cozy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist offices
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Career changers with completed basic training (EFZ)
- First experience in the care sector
- Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekend shifts, and holiday weeks (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
