• 🧭 Together with HR, business and international stakeholders, you develop and optimise HR systems, processes and programmes with clear added value for managers and employees.
• 🌐 You co-lead and develop the strategic Talent & Succession Management (TSM) programme for the Emmi Group and ensure its global application.
• 💻 Within the HR IT Circle, you are responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules including release, incident and request management as well as international rollouts.
• 🧭 You advise and empower HR Business Partners and managers and ensure sustainable embedding of the processes in everyday work.
• ⚙️ Together with the HR Analytics Circle, you further develop the key figures in the TSM and development area.
• 🌱 You take on responsibility as Focus Topic Lead Employee Development in the sustainability context of the Emmi Group and are part of an interdisciplinary project team.

• 📈 You bring several years of experience in project and process management in international and interdisciplinary settings.
• 🚀 Your passion for concepts and design in topics such as Talent & Succession Management, development and digitalisation distinguishes you.
• 🎓 Ideally, you have a university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, psychology or an HR qualification with a focus on personnel/organisational development.
• 💻 You have experience with HR applications (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) as well as with system implementations, further developments and rollouts.
• 🧭 You can inspire, communicate appropriately for the target audience and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• 🌐 You feel comfortable with agile working methods and take responsibility with a clear focus on impact and customer benefit.
• 🧳 You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
