Senior Project Manager Post Merger Integration

The Project Management Team “Transition & Post Merger Integration” manages the SIX Group’s integration, separation and transition portfolio, as well as legal entity wind-downs, liquidations, and restructurings.
In this exciting role, you will be part of the highly regarded Corporate Development team, working closely with colleagues from M&A, Strategy, Corporate Functions, and Business Units across the entire organization.
The role reports to the Head of “Transition & Post Merger Integration” (Strategic Projects) with strong exposure to the leadership of Corporate Development, SIX Executive Board and SIX Board of Directors.
What You Will Do
- Lead Group-wide M&A integration, separation, and restructuring portfolio
- Drive definition and execution of integration/separation strategy
- Quantify, plan and enable delivery of synergies
- Design target operating models, co-ordinate setup and wind-down of legal entities
- Present to internal committees for decision-making (Board of Directors, Executive Board and Steering Committees)
- Liaise with FMI regulators and authorities
What You Bring
- University degree (or Fachhochschule) and/or higher education (MBA preferred) as well as several years of relevant working experience in M&A and/or corporate finance
- Profound skills in corporate finance, due-diligence and post-merger integration
- Highly motivated personality with initiative and high-degree of independence
- Flexible and team-oriented demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Very result-oriented working style and strong determination to achieve goals with high quality standards, including good analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); German and/or Spanish is an advantage
