Your tasks – versatile, impactful, and with entrepreneurial influence
- Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Further development of our controlling tools, key figure systems, and reports
- Co-responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning
- Post-calculations and special reports
- Participation in the digitization, automation, and optimization of our financial processes
- Building, maintaining, and further developing a meaningful KPI system – especially for transport, storage, and process costs
- Active participation in cross-departmental projects
What do you need to feel comfortable in this position?
- Completed business or financial training
- Several years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in an SME environment
- Very good knowledge of controlling, accounting, and financial analysis
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Affinity for digitization and modern tools (ERP, BI)
- Analytical, networked, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment of personal responsibility
- Fluent German skills; French skills are a plus
