Foreman/Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Implementing technical and scheduling requirements on the construction site

• Supporting the site manager in personnel and technical matters

• Ordering materials

• Checking material deliveries

• Creating daily and work reports as well as measurement sketches

• Professional and personnel management of the subordinate employees on site

• Issuing, monitoring and implementing quality, safety and work guidelines

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience as a foreman, construction supervisor or proven performance in a similar position, preferably in track construction/track civil engineering

• A high degree of flexibility regarding irregular work assignments (night/Sunday work) as well as regional assignments and external accommodation is required

• Assertiveness

• Communicative, farsighted and goal-oriented leadership style

• Independence and organisational talent

• Ability to work with people from different cultures

• Confident appearance and skilled handling of clients and customers
