About the Position

As a Specialist in Warehouse & Inventory Management, you ensure that all materials are moved efficiently, safely, and on time from goods receipt to shipping at our locations in Turgi and Seon. With your organizational talent and technical understanding, you ensure a smooth material flow and contribute significantly to the productivity and quality of our production.

What You Can Achieve

• Ensuring an efficient material flow from goods receipt through production to goods issue

• Posting and tracking all goods movements in the ERP system SAP S4/HANA

• Organized and safe storage considering product-specific and safety requirements

• Transport and handling tasks, including moving bulky goods with an overhead crane

• Packing, receiving, unpacking, and goods receipt inspection of goods and materials

• Supplying production using KANBAN and Milk-Run systems

• Storage and picking of material for production

• Participation in the annual inventory and support in logistical improvement projects

What You Bring

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ

• Good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (IM/EWM) and confident handling of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams

• Training to operate overhead cranes and sling loads (Category C)

• Experience in intralogistics in an industrial environment

• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage

• Team-oriented, reliable personality with enthusiasm for active participation and implementation
