Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for malfunctions on our modern, automated assembly systems
- Responsibility for the technical maintenance and preventive servicing of our assembly lines, automations, screw fixtures, and production aids
- Manufacture of components, special tools, and fixtures
- Organization and management of the spare parts warehouse
- Obtaining quotes and ordering necessary tools and materials
- Documenting changes and ongoing optimizations
- Optimizing existing processes and implementing your own ideas to improve the flow of goods
- Responsibility for supervising and further developing our apprentice (production mechanic EFZ)
Your profile:
- Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable
- Trainer course completed or willingness to complete it
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of automations and systems
- Solid knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechatronics as well as
- Experience in automation technology/electronics is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Word and Excel as well as ideally knowledge of CAQ software or ERP systems
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Very good German skills
- English skills are an advantage
