As part of a succession plan, you will gradually take full responsibility for the operation of the workshop, including:
- Planning personnel, processes, and resources
- Technical and hierarchical supervision of the workshop team
- Supervision of maintenance activities on production facilities
- Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and profitability of operations
- Diagnosis, planning, and monitoring of repair and maintenance work
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Implementation and optimization of processes, tools, and standards
- Responsibility for safety, order, and cleanliness in the workshop
- Monitoring stocks of materials and spare parts
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and budget planning
- Participation in an on-call service

- Solid technical training, ideally with a Master or Technician diploma (in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical field)
- Active presence on site and decisiveness
- Proven experience in a workshop or technical environment
- With successful management experience or a real desire to lead
- Advanced technical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Organization, communication, and natural leadership
- Enjoyment of teamwork and talent development
- Native French or German speaker, with professional use of the other language
- Comfortable with digital tools (ERP, SAP, workshop software)
