For the spring semester 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for an interested and motivated person for the Practical Module II. Would you like to support our team in working with clients? Then we look forward to your application. The start and duration of the assignment can be agreed upon. It helps us if you provide information about this in your motivation letter.Your Tasks
- Calculate and allocate social assistance benefits
- Evaluate problem situations and initiate measures in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
- Advise and promote the independence of clients Claim upstream benefits
- Draft applications and decisions as well as file management and general administration
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Social Work FH at ZHAW
- Interest and great willingness to learn in the field of statutory social assistance
- Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Flair for numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks
