tasks

• you manage a demanding property portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• in doing so, you maintain contact with tenants, authorities, caretakers and craftsmen
• you are also responsible for initial and re-letting as well as for the acceptance and handover of rental properties
• furthermore, you organise repair and renovation orders
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in property management
• further training as a property manager or in training for this would be ideal, but is not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as sociable, conscientious and proactive?
