You can make this contribution
- Define, maintain and communicate the technical vision, ICT strategy and ICT architecture roadmap of the Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (CEA) department
- Work closely with all stakeholders inside and outside the area, promote knowledge exchange between ICT architects and lead and manage integration projects on the platform
- Plan and create efficient and robust ICT architectures and services in close collaboration with agile teams, solution architects and taking into account requirements and cost-effectiveness within the framework of the CEA corporate strategy
- Establish and further develop architectural principles to ensure coherence, reusability and reduction of redundancies; ensure cross-departmental alignment of non-functional requirements (security, quality, performance, operation) across all solutions
- Advise stakeholders (business area, IT, security) on technology investments (cloud, data, AI, etc.) and on the modernisation roadmap
What makes you unique
- University of applied sciences or technical college degree (technology or business) as well as certifications in ICT security, architecture, modelling or service design
- Several years of experience as an ICT architect in the ICT platform area in an enterprise environment
- Enthusiasm for agile working methods (e.g. SAFe), hands-on mentality and very good communication skills
- Impeccable reputation and the ability to integrate into an intelligence environment where discretion is required
- Good knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage
In a nutshell
The Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (CEA) service is responsible for electronic reconnaissance, cyberspace operations and cryptology and procures information for the intelligence services of the DDPS (Defence, Civil Protection and Sport) and other authorised federal offices.
As an ICT architect, you contribute in a small, dynamic team to the development and further advancement of electronic reconnaissance systems and accompany the agile transformation of the CEA.
