Customs Processing Employee 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you for the exciting world of customs processing! Your mission:

• You professionally prepare customs documents such as export customs declarations, Carnet ATA, movement certificates, and customs clearance instructions

• You scrutinise import and export customs declarations with eagle eyes

• You classify goods according to CH, EU, and UK customs tariffs - here you demonstrate your skills

• You obtain and verify certificates of origin (EUR.1, supplier declarations & co.)

• You work closely with customs authorities, customs agents, suppliers, and internal interfaces

• You keep track of all customs-relevant deadlines and processes

• You carefully maintain customs-relevant master data

• You ensure that all legal requirements are met

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following to the team:

• Completed commercial training - ideally you have further specialised in customs

• Solid experience in customs processing, both import and export

• Good knowledge of customs law and preferential agreements

• Experience with SAP GTS? That would be a real plus!

• High accuracy combined with a structured and independent working style

• Resilient, responsible, and reliable personality

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
