ELECTRONIC QUALITY ENGINEER M/F
Reporting to the Manufacturing Unit Manager, you are the guarantor of quality in production within an electronic scope. You challenge production and drive the quality performance of the workshop. You are also a key player in quality crisis management and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Quality performance monitoring: Cross-functionally drive the quality performance of the workshop, including Internal Non-Conformities (INC) and customer complaints (8D).
- Quality meeting facilitation: Lead daily quality meetings in the workshop and QRQC sessions in case of crisis.
- Non-quality cost reduction: Plan and monitor action plans to reduce costs related to non-quality.
- Quality system in production: Ensure the maintenance and compliance of quality standards within production workshops.
- Quality objectives and reporting: Guarantee the achievement of quality objectives (PPM, internal KPIs) and present reports to management.
- Quality tools update: Monitor and update quality tools (FMEA, control plan, etc.).
- Participation in product/process change meetings: Contribute to discussions for the introduction of new components, cost reduction, etc.
- Quality audit management: Oversee customer audits, VDA 6.3, IATF, and internal audits, from preparation to verification of corrective actions.
Your technical skills
You master the manufacturing of electronic components (PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.).
You have proven experience in quality crisis management within demanding environments, particularly in the automotive industry. Thus, you are fully familiar with certifications, standards, and regulations applicable to the ISO 9001, IATF 16949 reference frameworks and core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, FMEA, QRQC.
You master English to use it daily with our clients. German is highly appreciated.

Proactive and a source of proposals, you know how to develop solutions and action plans to solve a customer issue in a continuous improvement logic.
Your background
With higher education in quality management or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrial quality, ideally in the automotive sector and on electronic products.
The position is located at the Sonceboz-Sombeval site.
