The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), which is tasked with defining a strategy for the real estate portfolio, developing coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services linked to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimising the monitoring of surfaces and future planning, while ensuring the smooth operation of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with constant demands for excellence, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.

Attached to the Low Current Service Workshop sector, the Service Workshop carries out first-level troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations of the Cluse-Roseraie site. Comprising 6 employees from the fields of electricity, sanitation, carpentry, and mechanics, this multidisciplinary workshop contributes to maintaining the operational condition of the site’s infrastructure and equipment, ensuring their reliability, safety, and availability.

Job Description

Within the Service Workshop, you carry out troubleshooting interventions on the site’s technical installations and equipment, specialising in the sanitary field. You diagnose malfunctions, analyse the causes of breakdowns, and implement the necessary corrective actions to ensure continuity and safety of operations.

You may be required to intervene in mechanics, carpentry, and electricity. As such, you demonstrate versatility and possess general technical knowledge enabling you to perform simple repairs and effectively direct requests when specific skills are required.

You work autonomously while respecting defined priorities, particularly regarding the safety of users, colleagues, and infrastructure. You ensure the follow-up of intervention requests, traceability of your interventions, and updating of work documents.

You also participate in the single point of contact duty. In this role, you receive calls from users, assess the urgency of requests, provide a first level of response, and ensure the orientation or triggering of necessary interventions.
 

Qualifications

You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a sanitary installer or an equivalent qualification, and you have at least five years of experience in the maintenance and repair of sanitary installations.

You possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the sanitary field and are proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as a CMMS software.

You also have excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
