ICT Support Specialist / Client Engineer (80-100%) in Rothrist (Permanent Position)

What to expect
? Support & Operations
- You are the first point of contact for our employees for IT enquiries (1st and 2nd level support)
- You handle incidents and service requests from our users
- You ensure smooth operation of our client infrastructure
?? Client Engineering & Administration
- You support and manage our client systems with Microsoft Intune
- You install, configure and optimise Windows workstations and peripheral devices
- You evaluate and procure hardware as well as IT equipment for workstations
? Infrastructure & Services
- You manage users, groups and access rights in Azure AD and on-premises AD
- You support the Microsoft 365 area (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
- You work on topics related to network, printers, telephony and IT security
? Further Development
- You contribute ideas and actively help to further digitalise and improve our IT landscape

What you bring
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and dealing with end users
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and ideally Intune
- Experience with Active Directory (Azure AD / on-premises)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
Advantageous:
- Experience with Citrix environments or thin clients
- Basic knowledge of network or security topics
Languages:
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- English and Italian skills are an advantage
