About the job

• You operate SMT systems such as placers, reflow ovens as well as AOI and SPI systems safely and according to specifications.
• You set up systems, perform material changes and carry out simple adjustments during ongoing operations.
• You monitor the system operation, detect malfunctions early and initiate the prescribed measures or report them further.
• You ensure compliance with work and inspection instructions and actively contribute to product quality.

• Technical understanding and interest in machine operation and manufacturing processes, ideally with experience in electronics manufacturing.
• A careful, reliable way of working as well as a high awareness of quality.
• The ability to monitor processes, recognise irregularities and act responsibly.
• Willingness to work fixed shifts is mandatory as well as flexibility in everyday production.
