What is my role?

• Filleting fresh fish - this is your main task and requires the utmost precision

• Processing the fish in various forms and cuts

• Weighing, packing and picking of the finished products

• Assisting in the refinement and packaging of premium end products

• Proper and resource-conserving further processing of all raw materials according to internal quality guidelines

• Operation, monitoring and cleaning of production equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid professional experience in handling food and knives

• Excellent skills in filleting fish - you master this routinely and can do it practically in your sleep

• Fast, precise and routine knife handling

• Physical resilience as well as a precise and persistent working style

• Team spirit, reliability and a strong awareness of hygiene

• Willingness to also help with cleaning and packing tasks
