Your tasks:
- Practical learning support for HF students and trainees as health professionals, health and social assistance
- Maintaining training documentation
- Implementing the educational mandate and the internal training concept
- Contributing to the further development of operational training in collaboration with the co-leadership of education, care, and the education team
Your profile:
- Dipl. nursing professional
- Pedagogical training or willingness to complete such training
- At least two years of professional experience
- High social and self-competence
- Team player personality with a role model function and very good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as service mentality
- Independent work organization and reliability
- Good IT user knowledge with confident German in spoken and written form
