Your Tasks
- Independent valuation of all types of properties (single-family homes, multi-family homes, commercial and industrial properties, special properties, etc.) mostly in the Zurich economic area
- Valuation of individual properties as well as real estate portfolios using various recognized valuation methods
- Cross-departmental collaboration and advising colleagues from other business areas on real estate topics
- Advising our clients with high professional and social competence
- Active participation in shaping and further developing our department
Your Profile
- Professional experience in real estate valuation
- Specific education and further training in real estate valuation
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market in the Zurich economic area
- Strong service and consulting orientation
- High flexibility, sense of responsibility, and resilience
- Independent, solution-oriented, precise, and efficient working style
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident and professional appearance
- Good French skills are an advantage
