The textile manufactory of the Terra Vecchia Foundation processes old and new materials into attractive

accessories and decorative items. Our team carries out clothing alterations, repairs and

new productions as well as individual customer orders. People who are on the path to professional integration

are involved in the work processes.

For this versatile and responsible role, we are looking for a

Head of Textile Manufactory 80 – 100%

starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Operational and personnel management of the textile manufactory
• Management according to the principles of structured management as well as the defined

annual goals and strategy

• Responsibility for budget, profitability and target achievement
• Acquisition, customer care and further development of the offer
• Planning and control of production and customer orders
• Ensuring a high-quality and needs-based work integration offer
• Active networking and collaboration with internal and external partners
• Support of clients within our work integration offers and taking on

key worker responsibilities

• Active participation in the work integration/production circle

Your profile

• Diploma in work pedagogy or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience and/or further training in leadership
• Professional experience in the work pedagogical field, preferably within IV measures
• Expertise and practical experience in the textile field are an advantage
• Resource- and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex situations and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness and an independent working style
• Confident handling of digital work tools
