Your tasks

• Preparation of quotations as well as processing and handling of orders
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates as well as follow-up of open orders
• Contact person for customers, transport partners, sales organisation and other internal and external stakeholders
• Scheduling of service technicians and service assignments including invoicing of service reports
• Processing and handling of returns
• Clarification of technical issues in cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Management of e-mail inboxes and the telephone switchboard
• Maintenance of CRM master data
• Support in the inventory management of regional service centres
• Assistance in organising and conducting events in cooperation with marketing

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further education
• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems, ideally with ERP experience
• Communicative, open and service-oriented personality
• Strong organisational talent and enjoyment of coordinating tasks
• Team player, resilient and independent working style
