About the job
CONTACT, Foundation for Addiction Support, offers services in the field of harm reduction. Its aim is to reduce the risks and negative consequences of substance use for those affected and society. CONTACT is guided by the four-pillar model of Swiss addiction policy.
From 1 November 2026 we are looking for a
Executive Assistant, 80%
In this varied and responsible role, you will support the executive management as well as the department heads in all organisational, administrative and coordinative matters of day-to-day business. You ensure efficient information flow and take on a hub function between executive management, department heads, the foundation board and external contacts. We are looking for a committed individual who works responsibly, in a structured manner and with a service-oriented approach.
Your tasks include:
- Administrative and organisational support of the executive management and department heads
- Planning, organising as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
- Minute-taking in various committees
- Managing the main telephone number including providing information and triaging incoming enquiries
- For the HR area: Administrative support of the recruitment process, drafting and correcting work references, coordinating civil service assignments, deputising in personnel administration
- Participation in various projects
- Various general secretarial duties
You bring with you:
- You have a commercial basic education; ideally complemented by further training as an executive assistant
- You have several years of experience in a comparable role
- You are confident in German and have oral and written French skills
- You are proficient in MS Office, digital tools and modern communication platforms
- Strong organisational and coordination skills are among your strengths
- You have strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
- You are highly resilient and flexible
- You enjoy working in a network
