Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR, covering all shifts of the service
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
- supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
- participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
- proven experience in nursing care, experience with elderly population is an asset
- experience in a hospital setting is an asset
- proficiency in French language
- proficiency with computer tools
- dynamic, constructive and creative spirit
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- rigour, flexibility and autonomy
