Your Tasks

• Review, calculation, and disposition of additional benefits (supplementary benefits, allowances, and municipal subsidies)
• Analysis and documentation of the economic and personal circumstances of the insured persons
• Conduct additional clarifications, e.g., with authorities and social insurance offices
• Check illness and disability costs in special cases
• Consultation of pension recipients and their relatives (in writing, by phone, and in person)

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training and federal social insurance specialist certificate or willingness to obtain it
• Professional experience in the field of additional benefits or another area of social insurance
• Knowledge of the case application ZLPro is an advantage
• Empathetic, communicative team player
• Analytical, independent, and resilient person with the ability to think in networks
