We are looking for a clerk Customer Service Switzerland (100%) for our team

Your tasks

• Creating offers for specialist retail customers
• Order processing for the private customer market
• Telephone consultation of customers and business partners
• Handling complaints and issuing credit notes
• Processing special requests
• Support in marketing activities

Your qualifications

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel)
• Independent working style, initiative, and flexibility
• Teamwork and helpfulness
• French language skills are an advantage
