For our Wohnen Basis service, at our external residential home Bachweid in Baar, we are looking for a personality to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Deputy team leadership
- Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
- Work as a contact person
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
- Contributing to a pleasant living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
- Administrative tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- On-call sleeping in a separate apartment with privacy
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
