- Competent advice and support for customers in all matters related to bodywork
- Preparation of cost estimates and offers considering technical and economic aspects
- Coordination and monitoring of repair orders in collaboration with the body shop
- Responsibility for the timely processing and quality assurance of customer orders
- Other tasks within the customer service

- Technical basic training in the automotive industry with commercial further education
- Solid experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry as well as in the bodywork sector is an advantage
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Very good IT skills (MS Office and other standard applications)
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Solution and success-oriented thinking
- Team player, reliability, organizational talent, and resilience
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
