We are looking for you as a Commercial Employee (a) / Service Offers at our Brüttisellen site.
Your role
In this position, you are mainly responsible for creating and processing service offers.
Your tasks with us
Creation and processing of service offers – from the preparation of the offer to the final order of the material
Customer service (internal and external), including inquiries about ongoing offers
Processing the group inbox and managing customer data in our CRM tool
Assistance in preparing and archiving customer documents
Collaboration on campaigns and projects concerning maintenance and repair
Substitution for team members in case of absence
General administrative tasks for the maintenance sector
What you bring
Commercial employee CFC
At least three years of experience in a service company, preferably in administration, excluding apprenticeship.
Native French speaker (education in French). Good knowledge of English or German (min. B2) is necessary to communicate with colleagues at our Brüttisellen site.
Good command of common MS Office programs, especially Excel
Good command of SAP
Knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce ideally)
Open and friendly personality
Precise, customer-oriented, and reliable working method
Highly developed team spirit
