Head of Finance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this role, you bear overall responsibility for finance and accounting, including operational bookkeeping as well as the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Additionally, you are responsible for financial group reporting according to IFRS and conduct the consolidation of the corporate group comprising a total of eight companies. Another focus of your activity lies in maintaining, optimising, and further developing the controlling and cost accounting system to ensure sound financial management. Furthermore, you are responsible for VAT accounting in Switzerland and the Czech Republic and manage fixed asset accounting. Complementarily, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of a finance team and support its continuous development.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance or controlling

• Several years of professional experience in the finance sector

• Sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, and financial planning

• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office

• Analytical thinking and strategic foresight

• Strong leadership skills and communication abilities

• Hands-on mentality and solution orientation
