About the job
For the apprenticeship starting on 1 August 2027, we are looking for you as
Trainee Childcare Specialist EFZ (female/male)
As a trainee childcare specialist, you accompany and support children with and without disabilities in our Beluga Nursery. You assist them, for example, with personal care, eating, or playing. In doing so, you take into account the abilities and possibilities of the children. You structure the daily routine and accompany the communal life in the group. You professionally shape the relationships with the children. The independence and self-determination of the children are central to this.
What matters is you. Every individual is at the centre with their own quality of life. We do everything to ensure that our 250 residents, 246 day care attendees, and 52 employees in sheltered workplaces at Wagerenhof can experience the highest possible quality of life.
