In this versatile position, you will work with your team to manage complex properties and ensure the smooth and impeccable maintenance of green spaces for various renowned and demanding clients in the Zurich region. Your main tasks:

• Planning and executing all garden maintenance work in the Zurich region, including active participation in the team
• Guiding and instructing the team as well as checking the completed work
• Timely completion of customer orders and additional services, as well as advising customers and other administrative/planning activities
• Organizing, conducting, and documenting inspection rounds and quality controls according to the specifications, as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Supporting winter services 
• Following HSE guidelines and specific safety requirements for each property and instructing third-party companies accordingly

Your profile:

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ
• Several years of professional experience as a gardener with knowledge in maintenance and planning, as well as experience in team leadership 
• Class B driver's license is mandatory, BE is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written 
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and affinity for working with various internal programs
• Strong customer orientation and high reliability 
• Precise, independent, and proactive working style
