Our medical and treatment team is thus well networked and coordinates individual patient care by better aligning the individual treatment steps. This allows us to offer prevention and health promotion as well as outpatient therapies.

Job Description

• Friendly reception as well as professional care and triage of patients
• Telephone contact with patients, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks
• Maintaining electronic patient records
• Performing therapeutic and diagnostic measures (vital signs, blood draws, laboratory analyses, injections, lung function, ECG, X-ray, dressing changes)
• Assistance with minor surgical procedures and punctures
• Insertion of peripheral venous catheters (PVC) and intravenous administration of medications

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ.
• Professional experience in the field is an advantage.
• Additional training as a Medical Practice Coordinator is an advantage.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• You are flexible, resilient, a team player, and convince with an empathetic and patient-oriented working style.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form. French and English skills are an advantage.
