YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Market Development & Customer Management
- Development of sales strategies for specific customers and markets
- Proactive identification of opportunities with customers, the installed base, product management, and other stakeholders
- Representation of Stadler Rail Service at relevant events and trade fairs
Offer Management
- Successful management of repairs, overhauls, and modernization sales opportunities
- Development of successful offer concepts and strategies in collaboration with the bid management team
- Responsibility for the creation of modernization offers
- Responsibility for competitive offers and price calculations for modernizations and overhauls
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree in transport systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, economics, or similar fields
- Experience in the railway industry, ideally in sales and/or service
- Good skills in stakeholder management and problem solving
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team player with a positive sales mentality, drive, and willingness to learn
- Fluent English and German skills, additional European languages are an advantage
- Residence in Switzerland and willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
