Your tasks
§ Taking over coordination or sub-project management within interdisciplinary projects in
healthcare - in close collaboration with our internal team
§ Interface between clients, user representatives, specialist planners, and internal teams
§ Ensuring efficient communication and smooth project progress
§ Organizing, conducting, and moderating meetings
§ Creating and maintaining schedules, minutes, and project documents
§ Assignments at various project locations, mostly in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, are part of your duties
§ Depending on education and experience: Participation in planning, technical implementation, or
process design
Your expertise
§ Education in architecture / construction management or healthcare / medical technology /
hospital management
§ Several years of professional experience in project management, planning, or process organization - ideally in healthcare
§ Familiar with hospital processes, combined with technical understanding and the ability to confidently read and interpret plans
§ Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external
project managers
§ Confident handling of scheduling, resource, and project planning
§ Ability to recognize overarching objectives and implement them in a structured manner
§ Skilled in handling numbers, tables, and presentations
§ Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
§ Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
