Your main tasks
- Managing medical consumables, non-medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, operational laundry, and food in the decentralized storage organization of all medical departments at the University Hospital Zurich
- Collaboration with medical users and other interfaces within the defined area of responsibility
- Active cooperation with upstream and downstream logistics departments (purchasing, central warehouse, goods transport, hospitality) throughout the entire value chain
- Performing correct checks of expiration dates of pharmaceuticals and medical/non-medical consumables
- Carrying out administrative tasks (order monitoring, assortment analysis, returns, inventory, communication with internal departments) on the PC or by phone
Your profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office and SAP MM / WMS knowledge
