For our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a qualified

Order Management Clerk Export (80-100%)

• First point of contact in daily business for the assigned customers.
• High personal responsibility for the processing of customer orders (coordination and monitoring of customer orders regarding deadlines, quality and completeness).
• Preparation and checking of shipping and export documents including the creation of export-relevant certificates and attestations.
• Close cooperation with sales, production and logistics.
• Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks.
• Support of other areas in Supply Chain Operations.

• You have completed a commercial or equivalent training and have already gained several years of professional experience in order management, customer service or internal sales and bring experience in foreign trade export.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and organisational talent.
• Good knowledge in international shipping logistics and customs.
• Very good oral and written language skills in German/English.
• Experience with SAP R3 and good MS Office skills.
• You are proactive, efficient, reliable, resilient and have good assertiveness. You also enjoy contact with external and internal customers.
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate proactive collaboration.
