communicating with customers/ own branches/ partner companies
supporting the drafting of visit reports
maintaining customer and supplier statistics
preparing customer visits
general commercial activities
Note:
no sales or turnover targets/ no telephone acquisition planned
Requirements
completed vocational training in freight forwarding or several years of experience/ ideally as a freight forwarding clerk
IT
MS Office programmes (Word/ Excel/ Teams) - user knowledge
Languages
German: spoken and written very good
English: spoken and written intermediate (at freight forwarding level)
French: nice to have
Age
25 - 50 years
