Store Manager (m/f/d)
With your entrepreneurial and host mentality and your passionate sales talent, you not only inspire our customers but also motivate your entire team through your positive charisma and authentic appearance. Thanks to your solid retail knowledge, you succeed in managing your store successfully.
Your tasks:
Managing the store taking into account the business management key figures
Team- and goal-oriented leadership of your employees as well as their development
Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
Ensuring and overseeing all store-operational tasks
Supporting and building up regular and new customers
Ensuring efficient merchandise management as well as active floor control
What do we need from you?
Several years of professional experience as a manager in textile retail
Leadership qualities and high social competence
A motivating, confident personality
Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
A strong sales affinity as well as pronounced organisational talent
An analytical understanding for evaluating our KPIs
Good English and PC skills
