Your area of responsibility
You are the first point of contact in the outpatient clinic – friendly, organised, and right in the middle of the action. With your commitment, you ensure that our consultations and administrative processes run smoothly.
- You welcome patients and visitors calmly and kindly
- You coordinate appointments, manage the telephone, and keep the consultations organised and on track
- You prepare outpatient admissions and ensure that all information is complete
- You record patient data accurately and reliably
- You manage internal cases neatly and proactively
- You keep our master data up to date and ensure that everything is correct behind the scenes
Your profile
You enjoy working in a structured way, keep an overview, and are strongest where people and organisation meet.
- Medical or commercial basic training
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- High social competence – you quickly establish a good rapport with people
- Flexibility and team spirit, even when things get busy
- Digital work routine and enjoyment of administrative processes
- Very good German; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
