Exciting challenges

Take entrepreneurial responsibility for an established carpentry business and help shape the further development of the company

Personnel management

Varied and demanding projects in interior construction, furniture making, and event sector

Consulting customers, sales, and preparing offers as well as collaborating with architects and partners

Planning (AVOR), coordination, and partial involvement in the implementation of high-quality carpentry work

You bring with you

Completed training as a carpenter EFZ or equivalent qualification

Several years of experience in interior construction, furniture making, or assembly

Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in taking responsibility

Leadership skills combined with teamwork, flexibility, and solution-oriented action

Precise and careful working method

Driver's license category B

Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
