The ZFV-Unternehmungen cooperative (ZFV) creates, in collaboration with its partners, inspiring meeting places that delight with their hospitality and authentic experiences. Founded in 1894 by visionary Zurich bourgeois women, ZFV still places particular importance on innovation and sustainability today. In more than 200 establishments in Switzerland, ZFV employees meet the needs of clients and hosts. Unisanté in Epalinges, managed by ZFV starting from October 2025, will be open five days a week from 08:00 to 17:00. This establishment has 160 seats in the restaurant, serves about 180 meals per day, and consists of a team of 4 people. You will find two different and varied menus every day, as well as a salad buffet, desserts, and snacks. A catering service for events is offered upon request.

Job Profile:

Welcoming clients
Processing sales (TCPOS cash registers)
Ensuring an attractive presentation of goods in the buffets and displays.
Setting up dishes at distribution points
Supporting production in the kitchen
Plating and serving menus in front of clients
Assisting with clearing and washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Assisting with service during coffee breaks, appetizers, and cocktails
Cleaning the office, kitchen, storage rooms, and floors.
Implementing ZFV's quality and service standards
Respecting and implementing hygiene and safety guidelines at work

Your strengths:

Warm, committed, and empathetic
