For Endress+Hauser Flow, we are looking for a strategic and people-oriented leader as Head of Department Solution Business Development 80–100 % (m/f/d), who will drive the global sales and business development activities for our solution portfolio.

What tasks will you take on?
You:
- lead and further develop the sales department Endress+Hauser Flow Solutions and promote collaboration as well as responsibility.
- develop and manage the global sales strategy for Endress+Hauser Flow Solutions together with the sales centres worldwide.
- shape marketing, portfolio, and industry strategies and ensure clear alignment with sales objectives.
- identify new business opportunities and work closely with the Project Execution management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- are responsible for pricing and discount strategies to optimise revenue and profitability.
- drive operational excellence in all processes within "Market & Customer Development" and continuously improve performance based on KPIs.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a university or university of applied sciences degree in engineering or a comparable field, ideally complemented by a management qualification (e.g. MBA/EMBA).
- bring solid experience in sales and marketing of process automation technologies and system solutions.
- have a passion for creating added value through solutions and digitalisation.
- are strong in building relationships and possess excellent international networking skills.
- are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and a clear results orientation.
- communicate confidently in English and German and earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders.
