Your tasksSupport of management in operational and administrative daily business
Collaboration in HR tasks (personnel administration, contracts, entries and exits, correspondence)
Processing of emails as well as internal and external inquiries.
Management & processing of accommodation requests and other
General administrative and organizational tasks
Contact person for employees regarding administrative concerns
Your profileCommercial training or comparable experience
Experience in administration and ideally in the HR area
Independent, structured and discreet way of working
Very good German skills and English skills in spoken and written form
Confident handling of MS Office
Service-oriented and communicative personality
