Your Tasks
- Senior medical responsibility for one of the specialized geriatric psychiatric wards
- Dual leadership with ward management
- Leadership and coaching of an interprofessional team
- Co-design of a modern, patient-oriented treatment concept
- Close cooperation with other inpatient and outpatient services of lups
- Supervision of our assistant doctors and psychologists as well as participation in their further training/education
- Consultative activity in surrounding care facilities (if interested)
- Project tasks
Your Profile
- Completed or nearly completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Ideally experience and special interest in the field of geriatric psychiatry
- German language skills (at least level C1)
- Affinity for teamwork
- Enjoyment in co-developing lups
